Shree Mahesh Co-Op Bank Ltd was founded in 1997 by a group of professionals and businessmen from Maheshwari Community of Nashik with an aim to build a financial institution by SME for SME. Bank was inaugurated by the auspicious hands of Shri Jaiprakash Shankarlal Mundada, then Cabinet Minister of Co-operation and Textiles in Government Of Maharashtra in the presence of Shri Bansilalji Rathi, then President Akhil Bharatiya Maheshwari Mahasabha, Shri OmkarnathjiMalpani, the Secretary Akhil Bharatiya Maheshwari Mahasabha, Shri Deokisanji Sarda Famous Industrialist from Nahsikwith CA Shri Ashok Zawar as founder Chairman and Shri Suresh Kela as Vice Chairman of the bank.

Bank was founded with amission to provide world-class banking solutions enabled with the latest technologies in banking sector, catering to the needs of business from Nashik District. Through relentless and professional approach of the Board of Directors and Staff of the bank it has gained spot of one of the leading and trusted name amongst its class of cooperative banks in Nashik.

Bank aims to emerger as one of the best banks in cooperative banking sector in Nashik, Maharashtra and go beyond the limits of the state as well and has been taking small but consistent steps day by day year by year toward the said goal.
With present Network of 6 branches across 3 cities in Nashik District it is serving the business community as well and individuals from various sectors of society with best of banking facilities.
Apart from legacy banking facilities bank understands the importance of digitalisation and has enabled Mobile Banking, IMPS and soon will be starting UPI and AEPS services for its valued members and customers.
